Membership of any category is open to natural persons and other entities, such as partnerships, corporations, and associations, which are eligible for membership as stated herein. No natural person or other entity shall be considered a member unless the membership dues are paid in accordance to NAMC-WMAC bylaws. Members in good standing will be able to attend and participate in all NAMC-WMAC membership meetings, workgroups, seminars, conferences, training programs, etc.; are eligible for election to the Board of Directors and/or offices of the corporation; may serve on standing and special committees and will be entitled to receive all documentation and materials generated by NAMC-WMAC. Members agree to be bound by the Bylaws and the Policies and Procedures of NAMC-WMAC adopted by the membership and further agree to pay all dues and other assessments owing from their membership.
